Appearance: Blood Red eyes and Hair. One eye missing covers with a patch, three scars across his face. Eye removed by himself after he killed the nun. (An eye for an eye.) The scars come from fights. Kept carving the pattern until it stayed during a rage episode.
Powers: blocks, feels no pain, able to heal himself, empathy (dementate?) Auspex

Background: Jei became a vampire because of betrayal. When he discovered his family adopted him, Jei was upset. He went absolutely crazy when he found out his mother was the nun who had taught him through out his childhood. He was very close to his sister. When she was killed in a cross fire between the Catholics and Protestants, and Jei lost all ties to the world of the day. The nun, Sister moved when the men fired, allowing the bullet to strike Jei’s sister.
After becoming a vampire, Jei found the nun and killed, removing his eye after word saying it was an eye for an eye. The scars on his face were there before the change.
Personality: bouts of rage leading to insane moments he calls episodes. It is in the memories he loses it; in the blade sinking into the victims his team is asked to kill that he feels the control leave. Otherwise he is calm, quiet, thoughtful, well read, and has been known to have lovers. He targets priests for his feeding and often carves in the word Sin eater into their chests.
